Friends of the Allard Pierson Fellowship

This fellowship is supported by a generous gift of Vereniging Vrienden van het Allard Pierson (The Society for Friend of the Allard Pierson).

The Allard Pierson manages cultural heritage from antiquity to the present, and holds internationally renowned collections in the fields of archaeology, book history, cartography, gastronomy, history of the University of Amsterdam, graphic design and typography, Jewish history and culture (Bibliotheca Rosenthaliana), church and religious history (such as the Mennonite collections), esoteric philosophy, economics, literature, natural history, performing arts, comics, Suriname collections and other fields.

The Friends of the Allard Pierson Fellowship is open to candidates wishing to use the collections of the Allard Pierson to support their research.
